Product Shots & Editing
During my first internship, I discovered I had a talent to create something out of nothing using the magic of Photoshop & similar image manipulation tools. This is among my earliest work as a graphic designer.
I started designing email newsletters for a footwear brand using existing product shots, and discovered that I did not need to wait for the photographer to create my own promotional images. Only using my phone’s camera, the office furniture and the little knowledge I had of Photoshop at the time, I surprised myself by creating believable “photoshoots” of the product I had to promote weekly on social media. This experience was my first lesson on the importance of accurate lighting & shadows to create the illusion of reality.
